The Directors of the business comprise a partnership of two individuals whose combined experience cover of all aspects of Development and Construction.

Duncan Bowman

BSc (Hons) MRICS MSc

Commencing a career as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor 30 years ago, became the lead on projects working as a Project Manager working on large mixed use commercial developments. He entered property development managing the construction of three 18 storey residential projects in Salford Quays, the NV Buildings which to this date are still one of the regions most iconic buildings. He has set up and ran three house building companies for both private individuals and a Local Authority. Delivering projects which have won RIBA and RICS awards. He has been at the forefront of sustainable development delivering some of the first large scale estates utilising timber frame and air source heat pumps in England, as well as leading on what was the largest residential led development in the UK utilising district heating to all 2000 properties. Experienced in both new build and refurbishment. A solution focused individual with a hands-on collaborative approach to development and construction, with a track record of impressive projects.

Ritchie Wharton

Commencing a career on site delivering civil engineering works, working throughout the United Kingdom. Rises quickly up the ranks in his 30-year career, he relishes in the complexity of construction works and has an unrivalled knowledge of the subcontractor market in the Northeast and beyond. A resume which includes the delivery of RICS award-winning large-scale mill conversions, new build hotels, residential estates, a range of civils projects and refurbishment and upgrades of local authority estates to include solar technology. He has delivered both commercial and leisure/retail fit outs. An attention to detail, cost and quality. Ritchie leads his teams on site to deliver the best in quality, working closely with our retained Health and Safety and Safety advisors to ensure all our works are delivered in a safe manner.
