Sustainability

Sustainable, Environmentally friendly development is nothing new to the Directors of Falcon Fox. In 2010 one of the Directors was delivering grant funded environmentally friendly homes. 138 in total utilising timber frames and air source heat pump technology. More recently, on what was the largest housing led regeneration project in Europe at Scotswood in Newcastle, one of the Directors managed the development and delivery of an Energy Centre in conjunction with Eon, providing heating and hot water to what will eventually be 2000 homes.
